Professional Care Physical Therapy is an outpatient Physical Therapy Practice, specializing in orthopedic injuries for all ages.

We are looking for an insurance specialist who is able to verify insurance benefits prior to patients arrival in our office. We utilize several online platforms to gather most of this information, therefore time spent waiting on hold with insurance companies has been greatly reduced.
In addition to verifications, this individual will also be asked to manage authorization requests for our therapists and patients. They will also be expected to collaborate with local medical practices and law offices to coordinate care for our patients. Pt will be asked to help oversee front desk, handle phone calls and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Computer Use
- Organizational Skills
- Customer Service
- Experience with our EMR, Prompt is a plus but not required
Education Required: High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
