We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. If you have a passion for building scalable workflows and delivering enterprise ServiceNow applications, we'd love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
✅ Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
✅ Build and customize Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal solutions.
✅ Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while optimizing system performance.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
✅ Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.
✅ Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
✔ hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
✔ Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
✔ Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
✔ Familiarity with ITSM and CMDB.
✔ Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
⭐ ServiceNow CSA/CAD certifications are a plus.
⭐ Experience with platform upgrades and custom application development.
