Our agency has been serving the community since 2015, with a second location added in 2022. We’ve grown into a team of seven and continue to expand, building a strong, relationship-focused environment across both offices.
I became a State Farm agent right out of college and am a graduate of Ohio University. I’m married, love animals, and enjoy both watching and playing sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steven Saraniti - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
