Join Our Team as a Friendly & Energetic Key Holder Sales Associate!

We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join us in creating exceptional customer experiences at our UPS Store for Day shifts (730am- 6:30 pm). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing friendly and efficient service. While we do experience busy periods and occasional challenging situations, we're a supportive team that works together to ensure both our customers and employees have a positive experience.
Store Associate hours range from M-F - 7:30 AM-7 PM
Sat - 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Sun - 11:30 AM-5:30 PM
Associates must be able to work during all business hours.
What you'll do:
- Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, de-escalating situations as needed.
- Learn about our wide range of services through comprehensive online and in-store training (no prior experience required!). Like did you know we actually do a lot of specialty print services at our store?
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to remain positive and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- A strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new things.
- Experience with UPS or other shipping companies is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Bilingual is also a bonus, but not required.
What we offer:
- Starting pay: $17.00. After a 90-day probationary period, raise up to $18/hr
