Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead therapist to support team in supervision, while managing a caseload. Preference for a female candidates with experience as a Mental Health Therapist experience. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide support and assistance in their mental health journey. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health issues and demonstrate empathy and patience in their interactions with clients.
Duties
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor client behavior and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team.
- Provide support during therapy sessions, including art therapy and dance therapy, based on your specialty.
- Engage with clients in activities that promote mental well-being and emotional expression.
- Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety of all people.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Support families through child family counseling as needed, providing resources and guidance.
Experience
- Previous experience in mental health settings is necessary, particularly in trauma informed care and person centered best practice environments.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques is essential.
- Experience in clinical research or client care is necessary.
- Knowledge of art therapy practices and working with individuals with complex post traumatic stress disorder is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour
