Location: Grind – Boyertown, PA
Shifts start at 11am or between 4pm–6pm.
Grind is seeking a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This is a physically demanding, high-pressure role that plays a vital part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, and kitchen areas
- Assist with general kitchen cleanup and support as needed
- Handle closing duties—late shifts required (up to midnight or later on weekends)
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+ and out of high school
- Must have reliable transportation and weekend/night availability
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Experience is a plus, but not required—attitude and work ethic are essential
