Must be capable of heavy lifting. Prefer experience in all categories of metal work. Must follow safety guidelines and be willing to constantly learn.

Qualifications:
- Experience in metal fabrication, including blueprint reading, hand and power tools, welding, and basic math skills.
- Prior Spray coating experience, including spray foam and 2 part polyurea.
- Proficiency in MIG, welding, as well as using calipers, micrometers, and cranes.
- Knowledge of construction sites, sheet metal work, and welding techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and work with rigging, ductwork, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with pipe threading, forklift operation, machining, and soldering.
