What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior residential painting

Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, etc.)

Deliver clean, high-quality finishes on every job

Work independently and as part of a team on job sites

Communicate professionally with clients and crew members
Who We're Looking For:

2–3+ years of residential painting experience

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-
Takes pride in workmanship and final results

Comfortable working in homes and interacting with clients

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve

Able to work independently when needed
