Mindfulness Associates has an immediate opening for a Patient Intake Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering our toll-free pre-registration line
* Gathering information from patients and verifying insurance coverage
* Entering patient information into our computer system
* Maintaining confidentiality of private health information (PHI)
* Providing support for other team members
* Special projects as assigned
We will train on our systems and processes.
This position requires:
* Good computer skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Detail-oriented
* Self-starter, quick learner
* Excellent customer service
* Exemplary phone and communication skills
* Ability to work independently from home without distractions
The chosen candidate will work from home with company-provided office equipment.
Qualified applicants must have dedicated office space in their home with ready access to reliable internet connection.
