We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service . Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet guest demand without delay.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
