Commercial Maintenance Technician
Cleveland, TN | Full-Time | $17 - 20/hr + Mileage
Multi-site field role across our Southeast commercial portfolio (Cleveland TN, Chattanooga TN, Dalton GA, Rossville GA, Cartersville GA). You'll work alongside our lead Foreman on daily maintenance and tenant improvement projects — no desk, no routine.
What you'll do:
Drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing assists, basic electrical, drain clearing, property walkthroughs. Every day is different.
You're the right fit if:
- 2–4 years commercial maintenance or construction experience
- Comfortable across general trades
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record (daily travel between sites)
- Available Monday–Saturday, 7am–4pm
- Self-directed, dependable, and take ownership of your work
