We are seeking a Production Administrator to support our fast-paced production team. This key role focuses on scheduling jobs, coordinating resources, and providing exceptional customer communication. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy environment — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to schedule and confirm jobs
- Coordinate job details with crews and field teams
- Manage daily schedules, resources, and equipment dispatch
- Track and update project data and job progress
- Maintain accurate records in company software systems
- Manage inventory, materials, and assets
- Provide administrative support to production management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Team-oriented, resourceful, and dependable
Education: Associate degree or higher preferred

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Some overtime as needed
- In-person position based in Reading, PA (19605)
- Must be able to reliably commute to the office
