What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility
- Support residents' emotional well-being through respectful communication and companionship
- Accurately document care provided and observe/report changes in resident conditions
- Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and resident rights standards
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing - REQUIRED
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for helping others
- Ability to work overnight hours and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability, compassion, and a positive attitude are a must!
