Landscape Construction Team Member / Journeyman / Assistant Team Lead
Munro Outdoor is hiring experienced landscape and hardscape team members who bring skill, pride, and craftsmanship to high-end outdoor living projects.
Available Positions
Journeyman: $20.25–$24/hour
Assistant Team Lead: $24–$28/hour

We’re looking for experienced landscape construction and hardscape installation team members who already have a solid foundation in the trade and are ready to perform with increasing independence, responsibility, and pride.
What You’ll Do
- Execute landscape and hardscape installation work with quality and precision
- Perform skilled installation work with minimal supervision
- Read plans, follow specifications, and maintain Munro Outdoor standards
- Assist with paver patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage, softscape, landscape lighting, pools, spas, and outdoor living projects
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for landscape construction
- Help solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward
- Support crew success through communication, teamwork, and accountability
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized jobsite
What We’re Looking For
- Landscape construction or hardscape installation experience
- Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, drainage, or similar installation work
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality results
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety and proper tool use
- Good communication and a team-first mindset
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, accountable, and ready to grow
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience cutting and installing pavers
- Experience with wall installation and site elevations
- Familiarity with drainage systems, fabric, pipe, and base preparation
- Ability to read layouts, plans, or blueprints
- Experience with landscape lighting installation is a plus
- Industry training or certifications are a plus
