We are a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal waterfront seafood restaurant in Southern Maine seeking a dependable and hardworking Prep & Line Cook to join our back-of-house team for an exciting and demanding fifth season.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in clean and consistent work, and enjoys being part of a strong kitchen team during the busiest shifts of the year.

Responsibilities Include
- Preparing menu ingredients with accuracy and consistency
- Working the line during service while maintaining speed and quality
- Following recipes, plating standards, and kitchen systems
- Keeping stations clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Supporting the BOH team to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Performing closing duties, breakdown, and proper food storage
- Communicating clearly with all team members during service
Qualifications
- Prior prep cook and/or line cook experience a must
- Basic knowledge of seafood handling, food safety, and sanitation
- Ability to work long shifts in a busy seasonal environment
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work quickly under pressure
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced kitchen
