We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join a well-equipped shop in Duncan, SC. You'll work on a mixed fleet of trucks, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. The role reports directly to management in a small, family-oriented company with a no-drama culture that values clear expectations and minimal micromanagement.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
- 4+ years heavy-duty diesel experience
- Strong diagnostic skills using OEM software (Cummins Insight, Detroit Diagnostic Link)
- Proficiency with laptop diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with transmission and engine rebuilds
- ASE or OEM certifications
- Experience with Freightliner, International, and Paccar trucks

- Wage range: $30$45/hour

Hours:
- MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
