We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in auto body estimating. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience. Our Auto Estimators communicate with customers, vendors and insurance partners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized auto body estimating (CCC1 and Mitchell estimating systems)
- Prepare an estimate based on the information gathered during an estimate appointment.
- Provide customer with estimation and repair options.
- Answer customer's questions and explain all charges fully.
- Explain policies and procedures to customers.
- Follow insurance companies policies and guidelines through our direct repair program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
