Job Summary
We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician. You will work independently and travel to each client’s premises to inspect their equipment. You will need to identify problems with their units and perform routine maintenance or repairs where necessary.
When required, you will install new parts following corporate and legislative regulations and practices and ensure everything runs smoothly. We work with residential customers and Home Warranty Customers, so you must be confident working with all types of HVAC equipment.
Our optimal candidate has a minimum of three years of professional HVAC repair experience and can work well independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Travel to homes, businesses, and other locations as scheduled
- Determine the customer’s concerns with their existing HVAC system
- Carry out effectiveness tests and safety inspections on the current heating, cooling, and ventilation system
- Perform routine maintenance and make repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
- Use HouseCall Pro on mobile for daily operations, including taking all necessary pictures, invoicing, and payments
Qualifications
- Proficiency using manual tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic worker
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Availability to work Monday – Friday 8am –6pm shifts and Saturdays when needed.
Salary
- Competitive wages
- Hourly, dependent on skills and experience
- Commission and bonus pay
- Weekend and overtime available.
- $500 Sign-on bonus after 3 months

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
