The salary for this position is $54,000. However, there are commission opportunities to upsell "tag work" and an 8% salary increase will be provided upon earning a designated certification in our industry if earned within the first 24 months of employment. We will pay for all certification costs and provide you the tools and resources to be successful and learn the industry the right way. A salary of over $60,000 is easily achievable.
We are a growth-minded company and are looking for growth-minded managers and leaders. Ideally, we want to hire an individual who can eventually be promoted to Branch Operations Manager.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Janitorial Area Manager to lead our cleaning teams across several client locations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be supporting your crews, building strong relationships with clients, and making sure every site meets our high standards. If you’re someone who leads with integrity, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys helping others succeed, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Visit and support multiple job sites to ensure quality and consistency.
- Build positive relationships with both clients and cleaning staff.
- Help train, motivate, and guide team members so they feel supported and valued.
- Manage schedules, supplies, and staffing to keep operations running smoothly.
- Conduct inspections, provide feedback, and follow up on any issues.
- Step in when needed — whether that means solving a problem, pitching in, or just listening.
What We’re Looking For
- Work a flexible 1st or 2nd shift as needed based on operational requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in janitorial or facilities management (multi-site experience a plus).
- A natural people person who communicates clearly and leads by example.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours needs.
