About the Role
As an Industrial Automation Field Technician, you will play a vital role in the deployment and maintenance of complex thermal management systems for industrial and data center infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to ensure high-performance operation and seamless integration of critical hardware.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise mechanical and electrical installations, including conduit routing, wiring terminations, and equipment mounting to meet project specifications.

Assemble and configure VFD panels and junction boxes by interpreting complex schematics and engineering drawings.

Drive project success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all integration tasks are completed within established timelines.

Validate system integrity and connection accuracy through rigorous visual inspections and functional testing.

Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety by strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines and internal health and safety protocols.

Optimize system reliability by ensuring all components are installed according to manufacturer requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications-
1-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial, electrical, or mechanical installation environments.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical schematics.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied industrial settings.

Prior experience with motor wiring and control system layouts.

Strong commitment to quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience working in diverse environments, including outdoor industrial sites.
