Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented
- Serve hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice with promptness and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils
- Food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards, including plating, and replenishing items
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special dietary requests when possible
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety procedures at all times
Skills
- Prior experience in food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving or food preparation within restaurant or catering settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Background in banquet service or hospitality roles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
