General Manager/Head Coach
We’re seeking a strong, people-first General Manager/Head Coach to lead our fast casual pizza restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who builds great teams, sets clear expectations, and creates a positive, high-energy workplace while driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
- Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-first thinking
- Hire, train, and retain top talent through clear standards and consistent leadership
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift execution
- Manage food, labor, and operating costs to meet financial goals
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are always met
- Lead by example on the floor and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing labor, food costs, and P&L
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
