We arelooking for part-time chef that can work on the weekends.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food handling, with a particular focus on sushi. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Depending on your experience your salary or hourly wages will be higher.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and cater to customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness and availability.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Proficient in knife skills and various food preparation methods.
- Experience working in fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for quality.
