We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and driven Registered Behavioral Technician to join our Katy Clinic! Essential Speech and ABA Therapy is a rapidly growing private therapy program for young children with Autism. With locations throughout the greater Houston area, we offer Speech, ABA, and Occupational Therapy all under one roof!
We are looking for individuals with childcare experience, an RBT Certification, and a passion for working with children!
Children in our program enjoy fun activities like songs and circle time, sensory table activities, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and more!
Our Ideal Candidate has:
-An active RBT license
-Basic knowledge of Autism and interest in learning about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to take direction and work on a team
-Enthusiastic and energetic personality
-Ability to learn quickly and implement new skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting
-Collect and record data on client behavior
-Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
-Assist BCBAs with parent trainings
