As an Entrepreneurial Manager in Training serving Hartford, you'll complete immersive training in Frontier's connectivity solutions, including fiber availability maps, TV package comparisons, and consultative leadership techniques. The Entrepreneurial Manager in Training will then lead, helping customers compare Frontier's fiber against traditional cable providers and demonstrating why upload speeds matter for today's connected households.
Responsibilities of the Entrepreneurial Manager in Training
- Direct sales outreach across Hartford to highlight Frontier Internet and TV services through sales‑oriented conversations.
- Develop targeted engagement strategies for neighborhoods, apartment clusters, and community events to maximize enrollment opportunities.
- Meet with residents to clarify Frontier Internet reliability, fiber advantages, and TV bundle flexibility in non‑technical, confidence‑building language.
- Walk prospects through enrollment, ensuring accurate details and smooth coordination with installation teams.
- Track territory performance metrics to refine sales strategies across Hartford and surrounding communities.
- Collaborate with leadership to pursue territory growth targets while building entrepreneurial management capabilities.
Qualifications of the Entrepreneurial Manager in Training
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in sales or management is a bonus.
- Focuses on continuous learning and improvement in sales strategies.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
