Job Overview
PolySeal Idaho is one of the Northwest's premier applicators of spray foam insulation, polyurea coatings, waterproofing systems, epoxy flooring, and specialty industrial coatings. We serve residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and agricultural clients throughout Idaho and surrounding states, tackling projects ranging from custom homes to warehouses, wastewater facilities, food processing plants, and large industrial campuses.
We're growing quickly and are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership from the initial customer meeting through project completion.
This isn't a desk-only position. You'll spend time in the office estimating and managing projects while also visiting job sites, meeting with customers, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
What You'll Do Estimating
- Meet with residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Visit job sites to gather measurements and project information
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Review plans and specifications
- Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs
- Present estimates and answer customer questions
- Follow up on outstanding bids
Project Management
- Schedule projects and coordinate crews
- Order materials and equipment
- Communicate with customers throughout each project
- Coordinate subcontractors when necessary
- Monitor budgets and project profitability
- Manage project documentation
- Resolve issues before they become problems
- Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction
Operations
- Work closely with leadership and field supervisors
- Maintain project schedules
- Ensure safety requirements are followed
- Track change orders and project costs
- Support continuous improvement across the company

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating and/or project management experience
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Experience reading construction drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of spray foam, coatings, concrete restoration, waterproofing, insulation, or similar construction trades is highly preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Pay: $62,788.91 - $75,616.75 per year
