The Service Technician is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural, lawn and garden, turf, and construction equipment. This position also participates in required technical training programs to continue developing product knowledge, technical skills, and service capabilities.
- Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural, lawn and garden, turf, and construction equipment.
- Participate in Service EDUCATE training programs and other required technical development opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere equipment, technology, and competitive products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform all work in a professional, neat, and orderly manner.
- Complete required service reports, documentation, and forms associated with assigned work.
- Accurately account for all labor time through Service Delivery systems.
- Properly document and account for parts, materials, and supplies used during repairs and service work.
- Follow established company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support management in achieving company policies, operational plans, performance goals, and long-term objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality workmanship, customer service, and continuous professional development.

Candidates should be dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a service team.
