We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to help grow our business through door-to-door sales, cold calling, neighborhood outreach, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods promoting lawn care and landscaping services
- Make outbound cold calls to potential residential and commercial customers
- Generate leads and schedule estimates for the company
- Educate homeowners on services including lawn maintenance, cleanups, mulch, landscaping, and seasonal work
- Follow up with potential customers via phone and text
- Maintain records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions
- Represent the company professionally within the community
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Landscaping or home service industry experience is a plus
