Tanya Creations is a leading fashion jewelry company recognized for innovative designs and partnerships with top national retailers. We are seeking a Senior Fashion Jewelry Designer to lead and inspire our creative team in Cranston, RI.
Position Overview:
The Senior Designer will take a lead role in creating and developing fashion jewelry collections, from concept through production. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design experience who can guide projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality, trend-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of seasonal fashion jewelry collections
- Develop concepts, sketches, and prototypes from initial ideas
- Mentor and collaborate with junior designers
- Research fashion and jewelry trends to drive innovative designs
- Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and production teams
- Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fashion jewelry design (3–7+ years preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing original designs
- Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for fashion jewelry and trend forecasting
Compensation & Details:
- Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
- Full-time, on-site position in Cranston, Rhode Island
