- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. ## Responsibilities - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Respond to IT issues; provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or email - Set up new user accounts and profiles; manage security settings - Maintain documentation of IT inventory and software licenses - Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated - Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems ## Qualifications - Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments - Experience with SCCM for software deployment and updates - Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies - Ability to troubleshoot software applications and hardware components - Familiarity with Linux operating systems is a plus - Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve complex technical issues - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users at all levels Join our team as an IT Technician and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
