Job Summary:
The Clinical Team Lead provides leadership and oversight for administrative and clinical operations within the organization and is responsible for delivering therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting. This role bridges the gap between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency, ensuring high-quality mental health services, compliance with regulatory standards, and a streamlined operational infrastructure. The Clinical Team Lead will also work alongside the Director of Clinical Operations to provide interning opportunities to those new to the agency. The role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate is a developing leader with experience in mental health care, clinical management, and administrative operations.
Requirements:
Responsibilities: Maintain 20 billed sessions per week
Clinical Oversight:
? Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and evidence-based care models.
? Supervise and support up to 5 clinical staff, including fully licensed therapists, case managers, and other providers, ensuring proper licensure, training, and professional development.
? Oversee the coordination of client care, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
Administrative Leadership:
? Collaborate with the billing and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and revenue cycle management.
? Implement and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of care and partner with clinical directors to address the clinical team's concerns and develop strategies that facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
? Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and mental health standards.
? Implement risk management protocols to address clinical and operational challenges proactively.
Team Collaboration and Development:
? Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication across all departments.
? Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to both clinical and administrative staff.
? Address performance issues and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision to each assigned clinician.

On call support for assigned clinicians for crisis management.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
? Serve as a liaison between the clinical staff, administrative team, and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
? Build relationships with external partners, including insurance providers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
? Attend all mandatory meetings, including monthly Divine Huddle, monthly Clinical Team Meeting, and weekly Team Lead meetings with Clinical Directors. Regular attendance and participation at clinical collaboration meetings will also be required.
Qualifications: Education and Experience:
? Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related fields
? Licensed as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC) required.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Skills and Competencies:
? Strong knowledge of mental health service delivery systems and regulatory requirements.
? Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
? Proficient in clinical and administrative software systems (e.g., EHR/EMR platforms).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholder
