Remington Construction, a growing industry leader with more than 16 years of experience in construction and building services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team in Vienna, Virginia.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with VRF and RTU service
- Valid driver's license and personal work vehicle (gas mile reimbursement will be provided by the company)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues accurately and efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and manufacturer specifications.
- Test system performance and make adjustments to improve reliability, efficiency, and occupant comfort.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Complete service reports, maintenance records, work orders, and material documentation accurately.
- Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and service updates clearly to customers and project supervisors.
- Coordinate with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and other trades to complete work safely and on schedule.
- Follow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations.
