Merit Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are a locally owned company serving the Sioux Falls area with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, customer service, and doing things the right way.

What You'll Do
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete HVAC systems
- Install commercial rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, and ventilation equipment
- Read plans and coordinate installations with customers, builders, and project managers
- Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment
- Install gas piping, venting, refrigeration lines, and controls
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Represent Merit Heating & Air with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong commercial HVAC installation, including kitchen exhausts, RTUs, refrigeration a plus
- Ability to work independently and lead projects when needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
