Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Paralegal / Claims Associate to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Establish claims with insurance companies and file necessary claim paperwork
- Communicate with clients with regard to property damage, lost wages and customer service needs
- Organize and maintain case files in Cloudlex
- Request and organize medical records for claims
What we’re looking for:
- Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
