Stockroom Associate – SMT / Circuit Board Kitting
Location: Longmont, CO 80503
Pay: $22–$24/hr
Shifts:
1st: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM

We’re looking for a detail-driven Stockroom Associate to support circuit board and SMT production. You’ll be responsible for kitting components, managing inventory, setting up SMT feeders/trollies, and making sure production has the right parts at the right time.
What You’ll Do
- Pick, kit, and issue electronic components to work orders
- Set up SMT trollies and load the correct parts onto feeders
- Count SMD reels and verify component quantities
- Verify part numbers, labels, and inventory accuracy
- Perform inventory transactions in an MRP system
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Audit kits and other employees’ work for accuracy
- Follow ESD, MSD, and electronic component handling requirements
- Work with small components using magnification when needed
- Support multiple stockroom functions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of stockroom, inventory, or electronics manufacturing experience
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with an MRP/inventory system
- SMT, circuit board, or electronics experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to perform basic math and inventory counts
- Able to walk, crouch, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to pass required J-STD-001 training
