Under the supervision of the Pool Supervisor, the Pool Clerk is responsible for the completion of daily tasks assigned to ensure and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Employee shall provide effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products
and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the department.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weatherconditions. The employee is regularly exposed to hot temperatures, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet while in the office, and moderately loud when on the pool deck
