Job Description
- Full-time, paid training program for a hands-on career in manufacturing
- Come on board as a full-time Martin employee from day one
- Work on the plant floor alongside experienced team members
- Interact with and learn from product experts through hands-on product trainings
- Learn how our machines, processes, and teams work together
- Rotate through different areas to build skills and find alignment
- Impact business growth directly while growing your own skills
- Learn by doing real work, for real customers in industry
This program is a good fit if you:
- Like working with your hands and being part of a team
- Are able to communicate across all levels (English/Spanish is a plus)
- Are dependable, curious, and eager to learn
- Want to build a long-term career in manufacturing
- May be new to the trade or early in your career
- Maintain a consistent and active presence on the shop floor, spending approximately 2/3 of the shift overseeing operations (walking approximately 3 miles a day), along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
