Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Handle carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in residential homes, commercial spaces, and hotel rooms.
- Ensure proper custodial practices are followed to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct floor care maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle various cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is beneficial.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
