Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice Pest Control Technician role located in Sunnyvale, TX. The Apprentice Pest Control Technician will assist in pest control services, learn and implement integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, and ensure effective and safe treatment solutions for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, applying treatments, communicating with clients, and maintaining company equipment and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge or a willingness to learn Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices
- Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and uphold safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in pest control is an advantage
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting equipment and working outdoors
- Insurance Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to meet the requirements of our corporate insurance provider.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
