Primary responsibilities:
- Ensure tenants and staff are treated fairly and with respect
- Assist in oversight of Manager and Maintenance staff training and evaluation
- Identify areas for improvement at the local property and company level
- Provide leadership in analyzing deficiencies and identifying solutions to improve property performance
- Resolve escalated property management issues
- Work with Director of Employee Development on hiring and retention efforts
- Work with in-house General Council to ensure legal compliance
- Work with VP of Facilities on identifying Capital Improvement Projects
- Regular review of property budgets
- Regular reporting to Corporate Management Team
- Be present at communities and provide hands on leadership
- Work on miscellaneous projects
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Multi-Family Property Management: 10 years (Preferred)
