Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products effectively. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling and merchandising techniques to promote products and enhance sales.
- Maintain a monthly calendar of store sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, ensuring accurate cash register operations.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
- Foster a welcoming environment for all customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances customer interaction.
- Experience in supervising staff is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing.
