Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
- Perform lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf
- Conduct tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal to ensure safety and aesthetics
- Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, installing pavers or retaining walls, and maintaining existing structures
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with snow plowing and de-icing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools
- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
- Familiarity with land preparation, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems
- Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools safely
- Construction experience or familiarity with excavation equipment like excavators is a plus
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and removal for health and safety purposes
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor environments in all seasons

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
