LevBuilt LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer / Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial remodeling projects throughout Northern New Jersey and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are eager to grow within the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction, remodeling, painting, tile installation, drywall, carpentry, or related trades. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, willing to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential and commercial remodeling projects
- Perform demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Complete painting, tile installation, drywall repairs, and general carpentry tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company safety procedures and project specifications
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of construction or remodeling experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Experience with painting, tiling, drywall, or carpentry preferred
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22–$35 per hour based on experience and skill level
