Wolfgang Confectioners currently has an opening for a People Operations Generalist at our Camp Hill facility.
Job Description:
The People Ops Generalist will exhibit Wolfgang Confectioners core values while supporting and facilitating human resource programs that will enhance Be Wolfgang culture and drive the employee experience at Wolfgang Confectioners. Responsibilities will include business-critical programs, including, but not limited to, culture, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, compliance, administrative tasks and enforcing company policies and practices.
Duties:

Performs routine tasks required to manage day-to-day HR operations such as, but not limited to HRIS system management for compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; and training and development.

Maintains the HR office systems and employee personnel files.

Facilitates the new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

Manages employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Work with leadership to ensure consistency in administering corrective action.

Supports employee engagement initiatives, training and recognition programs.

Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience, Competencies and Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university and three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.

Strong interpersonal relationship and team building skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Highly organized and strong attention to detail

Bilingual (preferred - English and Spanish)

Ability to travel as needed

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills and analytical thinking

Strong understanding of HR business principles and processes
-
This position functions within multiple levels of the organization, requiring the possession of strong collaborative and influencing skills.
