Midlothian Healthcare Center is looking for compassionate and dependable LVNs and RNs to join our PRN night shift team (6PM–6AM).

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the 6PM–6AM shift
- Support CNAs with guidance, teamwork, and positive leadership
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident experiences
- Complete assessments, documentation, and follow established care plans
- Promote a calm, professional, and uplifting work environment
- Respond to resident needs with compassion and urgency

Requirements
- Current Texas LVN or RN license
- Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and dependable follow-through
- Desire to work in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and resident-focused on a busy night shift
