What We Expect:
Must own a 26ft box truck (NO company driver positions available)
Minimum 1 year of box truck experience
Availability for OTR work (minimum 2+weeks on the road)
Strong work ethic and business-oriented mindset
Truck model year 2015 or newer preferred
MC/DOT Authority (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
Safely operate your box truck on assigned OTR routes
Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight
Communicate effectively with dispatch and brokers
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Secure cargo and follow all safety regulations
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
