Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in connecting clients with the right insurance solutions while delivering exceptional service. This energetic position combines outside sales efforts with customer support, enabling you to build lasting relationships and help clients navigate their insurance needs confidently. You will engage in proactive outreach, conduct consultations, and provide comprehensive assistance across a variety of insurance products, including Medicare and ancillary benefits. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive success in a fast-paced environment committed to growth and client satisfaction. Current Life & Health General Lines license is required to be considered.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options
- Educate seniors on Medicare coverage, enrollment periods, and available benefits
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and current clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
- Participate in training, team meetings, and Medicare sales support activities
- Help build long-term client relationships through education and service
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds an active Life & Health insurance license
- Medicare experience preferred, but not required
- Is motivated, organized, and dependable
- Has strong communication and follow-up skills
- Enjoys helping seniors and building relationships
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Is willing to learn Medicare products, compliance, and enrollment processes
