Overview:
8-hour shifts. 2nd Shift 1500-2300.
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a broad range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and building distribution systems, including fans, pumps, valves, ductwork, piping, pneumatic controls, steam plant components, and energy management systems. Performs preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and efficiency, ensures safe and cost-effective operation, and completes required regulatory documentation. Coordinates, trains, and monitors the work of others while providing technical guidance and customer-focused service. Role includes rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
Provide maintenance activities which insure a safe and healthy environment for high quality patient care that will maximize the life and usefulness of the plant and equipment for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning distribution systems including fans, pumps, valves, ductwork, piping, pneumatic controls and energy management system in the most reliable, efficient and cost effective manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Preferred Education: 2 Year Degree.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years.
Preferred Experience: Allerton or Honeywell Building Controls Experience.
Required Course(s)/Training: EPA Refrigeration Certification.
Preferred Certification/Registration: Hydronic, Electric, Plumbing.
