Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings accurately and consistently
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout the shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with restocking ingredients and managing inventory levels
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to meet customer demand
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a pizzeria, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
