American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Care (Acuity Adaptable ICU) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and prior travel nursing experience, working night shifts with every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday requirements.

Acuity Adaptable Critical Care unit (not a pure ICU) within a hospital setting

Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30

Every other weekend (EOW) required

Every other holiday (EOH) required

Epic EMR used
-
Floating may be required within skill set to other units onsite or to facilities within 40 miles
-
13-week contract
-
Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Nursys license verification required prior to start

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (both must be AHA-issued)

NIH Stroke Scale certification required
-
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Prior travel nursing experience required

Epic EMR experience required

Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address

Driver's License required for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration

This is an Acuity Adaptable unit, meaning nurses care for patients across varying acuity levels rather than a traditional ICU-only patient population

Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
